Offline discovery and rewards platform Magicpin has raised USD 60 million in Series D funding led by Zomato with participation from existing investors including Lightspeed Ventures.
ElectricPe, an electric-vehicle charging platform, has raised $3 million in a seed funding round led by Blume Ventures and Micelio Fund.
Mosaic Wellness, a health and wellness startup running digital health clinic platforms Manmatters and Bodywise, has raised $24 million (Rs 178 crore) in a Series A funding round led by Sequoia Capital India.
Silicon Valley-based AI firm H2O.ai has raised $100 million in Series E funding led by Australia’s largest bank, customer Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA).
Digital service provider to restaurants, Petpooja, has raised $4.5 million (around ₹33.5 crores) as a part of a new funding round led by Aroa Ventures, the family office of Oyo founder Ritesh Agarwal.

Packaged food company Wingreens Farms has raised Rs 124 crore in a round led by alternate investments focused Investcorp and impact investor Omidyar Network India.
Non-fungible token (NFT) ecosystem technology platform GuardianLink.io has raised $12 million in a Series A funding round led by Kalaari Capital and a private investor group.
Cookware and kitchen appliances brand Wonderchef has raised close to $20 million in a funding round led by Sixth Sense Ventures.
Clinikk, a Bengaluru-based insurtech and healthtech startup, has raised $4 million in pre-series A funding led by MassMutual Ventures.

E-commerce enablement company GoKwik has raised ₹112 crores (or roughly $15 million) as a part of its Series A round led by Sequoia Capital India.
Velocity, which runs a revenue-based financing platform for e-commerce and D2C businesses, has raised $20 million in Series A funding led by Peter Thiel’s Valar Ventures, a US-based venture capital firm.
Silicon Valley-based Better Capital, which is run solo by Vaibhav Domkundwar, has launched its maiden fund with a corpus of $15 million to make pre-seed and seed investments in Indian startups.
FinTech startup smallcase has invested $5 million in Tickertape – a web and mobile-based investment information and research platform.

Enterprise skilling startup Disprz has raised $13 million in a Series B funding round led by Dallas Venture Capital and Mars Growth Capital.
Foodlink, a luxury catering company, has raised $8 million (Rs 59.34 crore) in funding led by Plutus Wealth Management.
Fintech startup Defy has raised $5.5 million (around Rs 40.79 crore) in a seed funding round to build India’s first social crypto exchange.
Healthtech company K&L Wellness Technology Pvt. Ltd has raised ₹30 crores as part of its seed round from angel investors.
